Step outside and look up. Remind yourself that no matter how overwhelming all of this is right now, it's really quite small.

This is what I see when people tell me I should meet this hatefulness with love....

It wasn't a Roman Salute. It wasn't a stimming action. It was a blatant display of hatred.
