Italian bread w crispy crust, Dukes and horseradish, ground beef and mushrooms, brown mustard, topped w provolone and muenster. I didn’t think the cheese was going to release from the pan for a second, but it did and flipped beautifully.

One of the backyard possums has lost a big portion of their tail. I was worried about how they would fare without it. They use their tails so much for balance and climbing. But it’s been since at least Feb. 18 since it was severed, so they’re a trooper.
