The party looks up at the display, and then shrugs and goes back to looting. The final battle with the BBEG occurs on a ledge overlooking an active volcano. On a nearby ledge, two halflings are busy kicking the crap out of a third shabbier looking halfling. It seems to be a fight over jewellery. 2/2

D&D campaign idea. Run a whole campaign that occurs adjacent to the events in LOTR. But the party never interacts with the other story. Examples: They are busy looting an abandoned dwarven city when an old guy and a giant bat dude on fire go falling past them screaming at each other. 1/2
