The production team have pushed that this film is geared towards people who aren't fans of F1. It's equivocally not for F1 fans. So idk how well this movie is going to perform here in the US and globally.

There's a difference between honesty and self-flagellation with a lack of confidence. It gets uncomfortable when he heavily lays into himself.

"I'm just not good enough." "I feel like I don't know how to drive an F1 car." are very different from, "I really struggled today but I'll work on this."
