The highest court, UKSC did not make a "good legal argument"!? So the law came from the 1975 law, which was written referring to biological sex as EA2010. It does not mean anyone who decides they're female, you cannot delineate that, legally. The GRA created a legal fiction and should be repealed.

But surely "legalastic" is what counts, legally, men cannot use female spaces. The EHRC interim guidance interpreted the law, it's not "their" approach, its UK law and it is irrelevant if this "prompted worries". Do you suggest citizens should just break laws in the UK? Should I just start stealing?

No. Not legally. The law since 1975 sex discrimination laws meant biological sex, which was replaced with EA2010. Even in the UK Supreme Court the ScotGov lawyer said men without a GRC could not ever use female spaces and the case clarified those with a GRC cant either, regardless of selfID as MtF.

Well then you are not a 13 year old girl or a mother of a 13 year old girl, nor are you listening to actual women and mothers and young girls under 16 as to WHY they do not want males in their spaces. Try showing some empathy for women instead of just ignoring them when they speak.

My 13yr old daughter and all her friends do not agree males, ANY males, should use female spaces. They are the next generation. Women's rights are not "hate". YOU are sexist to claim GNC females are not perceived as women, we females know women do not have to present feminine to be accurately sexed.

This is 100% bs. It's not the message, it's that these books all have very graphic descriptions and depictions of sex that is akin to porn literature and not age appropriate for young kids.

Um they aren't banning books because they are gay, but because the content is overly sexual and graphic for young school children and harmful. It's the porn adjacent content and the lack of age appropriateness in some of these books that are being removed, not the message itself. Obviously.

It's unworkable. It makes female spaces effectively MIXED SEX. And women argue men with a GRC remain male and that should not override the provisions in EA2010 for exemptions for single sex spaces (and yes, sports, womens clubs, toilets and change rooms are proportionate and given as examples of!)

So forcing women and all of society to remove social rules/norms and allow someone like you (a man without a GRC) who clearly feels you are a "genuine, true trans", into female spaces actually opens the door to ALL and ANY man, because as you say, how can we check/inspect them or why they are there?

And you may suggest, but you have PC of gender reassignment, but that protects you from discrimination (jobs, housing etc) and does not override the single sex exemptions as set out in the notes of EA2010 for female spaces, nor afford you any "right" to enter them.

But when you say "we" are there already, you are a male without a GRC, so you are in fact, just a man who has decided he wishes to use female spaces, with no consideration of the devastating impact on all girls and women of your actions. as I said above. So the GRA introduced a legal fiction that men with a GRC are "female for all purposes". Women argue the EA referred to biological/natal women and therefore excludes males with a GRC in their spaces. Also, how can women or young girls know a man entering holds a GRC? It's unworkable

But you choose to put pressure on women to "prove" you should not enter? ScotGovs counsel RC said that men without a GRC are NOT women as have not acquired the female gender (that's confusing but..) so legally you remain a man with no right to use female spaces. This case is about women = natal sex

And we women read you as a man and know you to be one. So, like for past 100yrs, you have no "right" to enter and YOU should self exclude. The fact you, a man without a GRC, feels emboldened to enter is the problem, it is not up to women to inspect or challenge you, you should respect women's spaces

So for let's say 100yrs, men were excluded from female spaces, a social norm. Any man entering was risking being found out as a predator. He could be challenged and ejected and no one would have said he had any "right" to be there. NO checks or inspections necessary. You are clearly a man on sight..
