Anxiety and scaries were so bad last night I barely got any sleep. When I finally managed to fall asleep, I slept under my weighted blanket.
Now my body is sore and my eyes are tired. Work ALL day. Send thots and prayers. More so the THOTS. 😈🤭

It’s been *survivable* the last 2 nights, but the last 9 hours, I’ve laid on the couch in the dark, with the pups, reading….
