The only place that I don’t see parakeets is Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire where there are red kites everywhere. There are flocks of them in London and have been since the 80’s so no surprise that they’ve got as far north as Carlisle! They’re fun to look at for a while 😂
