I had the privilege of meetin both President & Mrs Carter at the memorial service I was part of for his Chief of Staff Hamilton Jordan back in 2008. They were the most kind and gracious people I will never forget that meeting. More people should live their example.

Much of the changes in language came from updates in fair housing laws. We’re not allowed to use those terms anymore. Including terms like “family room” “mother-in-law suite” has been deemed offensive to portions of our pop. b/c those terms are either looked at as derogatory or discriminatory
