Meet Vladislav Goldin, who last saw his family as a boy, but as Michigan’s star center, is all grown up now. t.co/BZm6MQRN51

This was the game-changing sequence for Michigan hoops: from Danny Wolf’s block, to Tre Donaldson’s step-back 3, to his game-clinching rebound off the Ace Baldwin miss.

Bryce Underwood in the house.

Goldin in the starting lineup, as expected.

Good evening from Ann Arbor where Michigan (14-5, 6-2 Big Ten) is set to host Penn State (13-7, 3-6).

Vlad Goldin is listed as questionable, a program source tells me he’s been sick today but is expected to try and give it a go tonight. Didn’t go out in early warmups to “conserve energy.”

Those who think USC is bad for the Big Ten has never been to LA in January.

Good evening (afternoon here) from Galen Center, where Michigan hoops is set to battle the Trojans with Matt Leinart in the house, celebrating the 20-year anniversary of the football team’s last national title.

Yale WR David Pantellis tells me he is currently driving to Ann Arbor for a visit this weekend.

He had 61 Receptions, 910 Yards, 8 TD in 2024 — 120 Receptions, 1,681 Yards, 14 TD across his career.

Combined with a 58.8% contested catch win rate, would be a notable boost to Ron Bellamy’s room.

Michigan football defensive coordinator on his early impressions of No. 1 recruit Bryce Underwood: “He can sling it. Stevie Wonder can see that.”

A star-studded day in southwest Florida which included appearances from Jon Gruden and Todd Bowles at Michigan’s second on-site practice at Jesuit High School in Tampa.

Some shots from Michigan football’s ReliaQuest Bowl practice this morning at Jesuit High School in Tampa, Fla.

Down in Tampa for Michigan football’s bowl matchup vs. Alabama and got to attend some of practice this morning.

No. 1 takeaway: Bryce Underwood is every bit the 6-foot-4, 210 pounds he’s listed at and the ball just rips out of his hand. As the kids say, he’s built different.

I confess, as Mason Graham leaves Ann Arbor, I’m still torn on my favorite of his childhood stories. It’s somewhere between him bulldozing 5-year-olds on a soccer field and laughing about it, or housing four breakfast burritos after fasting 24 hours to make weight.

The best DT in Michigan history.

The ‘let’s go blue’ chants have started here at MSG, where the Wolverines have made their last seven shots from the floor and are on a 13-2 run the last 2:07. Will Tschetter has 8 straight.

Michigan 24, Arkansas 12, 10:07 left 1H.

Michigan football head coach Sherrone Moore stopped by today’s hoops game with QB1 Bryce Underwood.

When he was showed on the board.m, he hyped the crowd up then planted the flag. What a month U-M football’s head man is having.

Me to my dog when I ask him politely to go to the bathroom but he gets the zoomies in front of the neighbors and I look like a crazy person trying to wrangle him.

Really ugly scene here at the end of this one. I’m told people on the field were pepper sprayed.

Lots to sort out.

Final: Michigan 13, OSU 10.

It’s jubilation for the Wolverines, who pull off the largest upset in the history of the rivalry since 1969. Ryan Day might be out of the job.
November 30, 2024 at 8:42 PM
Ohhhh no. Not like this. Michigan has it first and goal from the 3, then Davis Warren throws his second pick of the game.

Can’t happen.

Captain and Ohio native Rod Moore hypes up RB Kalel Mullings.
November 30, 2024 at 4:47 PM
Good morning from Columbus!

Going to be live “blue-skying” for Michigan-Ohio State today. This might not be for a spot Big Ten Title like recently, but the Horseshoe is still doing its thing.

Chance for U-M to rewrite the story of its 2024 season once and for all.
November 30, 2024 at 3:32 PM
Touchdown, Michigan.

That was the best drive in a long time and it was pretty much all Kalel Mullings on the 5-play 75-yard march. The senior powers it home from 10 yards out and U-M leads 24-6, 12:10 left Q3.
November 23, 2024 at 10:29 PM
That’s future Lou Groza Award winner Dominic Zvada, to you.

This guy is just unbelievable — after Warren gets sacked into deep field goal range on third down, he drills the kick from 56 yards no problem. He’s 6-of-6 from 50+!

Michigan 10, Northwestern 0, 1:09 left Q1.
November 23, 2024 at 9:11 PM
Great play by Aamir Hall to sit in his section of the zone, keep eyes on the QB and make the diving interceptions.

The sideline is fired up about it as Michigan takes over at its own 47.
