Bloodsport... A banger

My hope is that they aren't working on it at all, but if they must, I'm also hoping that they view the game as sufficiently 'modern' to do little more than some nice QoL/graphics options. A customization mirror in the workshop would be a treat - And maybe an easier way to grind bloodgems.

What a mess - Really hoping they never touch Bloodborne and just release a port a la the PS3 versions of Ico/SOTC

Also: 'Midi-central' is an unfair appraisal of DeS' soundtrack. It has its own charm and there are some gorgeous tracks in it that just don't exist in remake.

It's certainly dated when it comes to fidelity, but Bluepoint used that as a weak excuse to justify completely redesigning the aesthetic of the game. It may not bother you, which is fine, but Fromsoft's aesthetic sensibility is a huge part of what makes these games special for a lot of people.

It is the exact same game with a different, ill-fitting aesthetic and soundtrack. Bluepoint have also gone on record that they believe the original is 'dated' in that regard. The original has also become inaccessible as Sony refuse to make it available on modern platforms.

This is not a good remaster.

I could have gone my whole life without knowing this about the DeS remake - Why do people like Bluepoint again?

Do you have any recommendations for mods to make the game look more like PTDE? A lot of the textures wound me in Remaster

...I thought the bog-standard solution to an attack like this was to dodge forward to the side? That's a Dark Souls 1-tier boss move and people are still getting stumped by it lmao

I hear this a lot and feel like I live in an alternate reality - Every demigod/'main' boss has incredibly memorable music.
