Let’s hope it has a bright future. A bit surprising that Photomator didn’t get an update. They should at least update it with the new RAW file support.

Along the same lines I find the floating toolbar items distracting. Especially in finder windows. Feels odd on macOS.

Agree 100%. It’s distracting and grabs attention away from the content which is the opposite of what they are trying to achieve. It might make sense if there is underlying content but would it still be a sidebar then?

Very interesting! I’ve got the same dilemma. Their privacy first approach looks like a winner. How is the error reporting? Similar to Sentry?

Welcome to BluSky! I’m a fan of the store/model approach in your talk. It’s the first pattern that I’ve come across that makes sense and feels natural with SwiftUI. At least for my use case. Really enjoying the refactored parts of my code base.
