I've been thinking about trying a bit of yoga while in my pregnant/thick form. Maybe there's some fun to be had there with your huge breast forms?

Inflation feels like it'd be difficult to draw since seeing it in motion is the exciting part of it, and translating that live motion into drawing form sounds tricky. You'd almost need dialogue or several panels showing the progression to convey that it's inflation and not just fatness/preggo/vore.
