Another #dtiys artwork I finished recently, this time for emi_eben on Instagram. This really felt like a drawing challenge where I could get very creative due to the time travel aspect of emi_enen’s OCs - I highly suggest you check out her art, as it has a very cool and unique feel

A few weeks ago I drew this piece for Francesca Domocos’ #dtiys challenge on Instagram, finally got around to posting it here. This was my first time properly drawing human faces so I learned quite a bit in the process

On the left, a young woman with orange hair in traditional east European clothing is looking up. She is positioned in front of an orange background and warm light is falling on her face. Due to time constraints I couldn't do a full Dinovember or Dinocember this year, so I decided to just focus my efforts on one drawing. For my first proper attempt at paleoart, I decided to go with a Nanuqsaurus and a Pachyrhinosaurus meeting in a snowy landscape, which felt appropriately wintery

My final Apoctober drawing this year (days 27-31)! I definitely had the most fun working on this and it’s probably the artwork I’m most proud of up to now.

Prompts for the week were fisher, broken, desolate and infinite.

Drawing of a giant celestial moray eel that is coming out of a dark rift. The eel is bluish purple in colour and has many eyes. In the largest eye is contained a black hole, while through other eyes and the mouth broken planets and stars can be seen. A constellation runs along the eel’s face.

Posting my fourth Apoctober drawing (days 20-26). Had my mind a lot on Arcane since the previous drawing so that influenced this design quite a bit.

Prompts for the week were whisp, scum, viscera, asylum, despair, enflamed and alchemy

(days 13-19 are ovum, molten, fractal, scales, crucible, cursed and phial)

Infinite dragon egg with vaguely Arcane-y vials on it
A drawing depicting an egg filled with lava. A dark dragon is contained within the egg and within that dragon is an identical but smaller white dragon. This continues into infinity. On the surface of the egg are three vials, one with molten metal inside, another with green and red organic material and a third with blue lasers inside a purple liquid.

My second Apoctober drawing from days 7-12

Attempted a “giant overgrown landscape moth” for this list of prompts
The drawing depicts a giant moth that is partially decomposed. The moth is entirely covered with green grass and the patterns on its wings are formed by lakes that reflect a cloudy sky. A group of trees grows on its left wings. From the body, eye and right wing of the moth sprout bright golden mushrooms, their roots slowly spreading across the moth’s body.

This year I decided to participate in my first ever drawing challenge and made 5 creature designs for Apoctober, which I plan to share here over the next days.
