Honestly, I can almost hear their thoughts. “Well she should go ahead and die then.” They want obedient and healthy peasants who require minimal upkeep, and those too sick or disabled to provide labor will just be shrugged off to die.

I nearly cried, just watching Biden’s very humble reaction, as opposed to Donald Trump, who… well… never has a humble reaction.

I have yet to see someone “offended” by Merry Christmas … Annoyed by its overuse sometimes yes, but not offended.

And will that even satisfy Trump? Oh I am sure he is glad to accept ANY kind of an award, but that Nobel peace prize is on his bucket list and I swear he’ll continue fighting tooth and toenail to get it. I’m sure the world (any that follow US politics anyway) is just laughing, especially now.

It’s so beyond me how artists are able to make such scenes. Obviously a real sky like that would only last for seconds, so they wouldn’t be able to COPY what they are seeing. But somehow artists learn to recreate the right colors and lighting.

They can enter ONE disability. That doesn’t seem helpful if they actually have multiple disabilities.

It’s like even TRUMP is bored to unconsciousness with the sucking up. They need new and more exciting material. Maybe a huge set of golden scales where Trump sits on one side and they come up one by one to place golden treasures on the other side to balance.

In my view, most of the ultra rich have only gotten THAT rich due to overcharging customers or underpaying staff. So it’s not like we’re beating up on hard-working entrepreneurs livin the American dream - No, they OWE it to us.

She would have been criticized if she had been less nice (I prefer “civil” or “professional”) because she still would have been a woman of color.

Atheist here. I don’t know any fellow atheists in my circles who would care AT ALL that someone chose to be a minister. But there are a-holes in every group, regrettably.

I never liked our Target for sort of a weird reason. There was a smell as soon as you walked in the door. I think it was some sort of cleaner or air freshener chemical, but I always hated the smell of it. I could smell it again, just by reading this thread.
