Every few months my mom sends me a new spice of theirs called “justice” or “equality” or “trump shall meet his fiery death when our glorious fighters triumph at last”
One thing I’m struggling with wrt the agreements is how obviously fake they are. If *0* of the 900+ people sent to Guatemala in 2019 under the prior ACA were ever granted asylum, and the process was so seriously deficient, how can judges take at face value there’s not a due process issue now?

Like last week when they laid off a bunch of Immigration Judges, I guess this is another example of the admin acting so aggressively to damage the federal government that they are getting in the way of their own (evil, racist, backward) goal of mass deportations. 🤷🏼♂️
