A likely reason why Professor Owl was excluded from Once Upon a Studio, is possibly due to the fact "Melody" (1953) and "Toot, Whistle, Plunk and Boom" (1953) remain banned from Disney+ and will never see the light of day at all.

I have heard good things about Once Upon a Studio (2023), but the only problem with it for me, which is the reason why I have not watched it, nor will I will watch it owes to absence of Professor Owl (from "Melody" and "Toot, Whistle, Plunk and Boom").

Some people are getting upset about mergers of film studios (the news of Warner Bros. either merging with Paramount or Netflix), let me say that even demergers are just as bad as mergers too.
