It is, I have to say a long hard slog both losing weight and getting into shape when you’re the wrong side of 40. Always having to physically and mentally push myself that extra mile.

Well. on the plus side it sounds like the U.S. is on course to achieve net zero faster than any other developed nation. 👀

There’s something off with some members of America’s right wing. In particular the ‘MAGA’ lot. They spend much of their time mouthing off on how tough and macho they are, but then shit their pants at the thought of actual conflict. Bizzare behaviour!
