And rethink the left/right divide. It's less about the identity stuff of the past and more about the needs of people. Republicans are saying they care about needs; Democrats still cling to identity. Needs won, that's what people really care about and how they align themselves in polls.

Weird? I guess half the country doesn't like being called racists and bigots. There is more nuance to the #MAGA position and more substance to the #populism of younger generations that are completely lost on the technocracy.
