@danielahorwitz.bsky.social The trial court dismissed the case ruling the statute facially unconstitutional, yet the Court of Criminal Appeals reversed based on its (erroneous) conclusion that the trial court ruled that it was unconstitutional “as applied”. 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
