Look how long the wheelbase and hood are.
With that much space they should be able to fit a battery with 1000 mile range.

Assuming that a production car looks similar to this concept then I think this is a big mistake.
This car should be a new brand. Not a Jaguar.
Tata should just retire the Jaguar brand and let it go out with dignity. Or sell it to someone (preferably in the UK) who will uphold Jaguar tradition.
