Voting literally doesn't work. Not with choose-1 voting.
The choose-1 voting system you use gives Rs and Ds a 99.99% chance of winning, so they have no accountability.
You need STAR voting. Get it by referendum.

The law repealed by Obama prevented the government's use of propaganda on US citizens.
It's relevant because you can regulate intent. I believe what Fox News does every day is commercial fraud. People are defrauded into a viewpoint that cheats them financially.
We need laws to protect from this.
