^^ this!!!! Nobody wants to make a big move or flip a vote, because what if the person you want to turn on suddenly wins the block buster and comes back knowing that!!! There’s no intrigue in between veto meeting and eviction, the game is put on hold! Also we don’t get backdoors anymore! #BB27

That he would have controlled the 2nd half of the game if she weren’t there. But the main reason was Ashley planting seeds to Morgan that he would cut her before f2.
