Book 4 was so much fun! That Bixia sect arc was such a roller-coaster of mixed emotions, personally.
But damn, I adore Meng Xi Shi's writing style so much.
So happy Yan Wushi is finally having some learning experience that I wanted him to have.
I get him, tho. I'm also a Shen Qiao simp.

So, I'm on chapter 261 now.

I love how much #QJJ 's writing makes me savour the novels in just the right amount of tempo. No devouring this within 2-3 days. It feels so right to just embrace this novel somewhat slowly, taking notes, making charts, trying to understand it all.

This novel is giving me everything I wanted. It's a gift that keeps on giving. I am taking it all; I am receiving it all with open arms.
#QJJ does politics so well. It needs a lot of concentration to follow, but if you can follow it, it's a 10/10.
