Just a coincidence? After we smoked a doobie to protest how officers from the Drug Enforcement Administration HQ had SEIZED the 10th Av. bike lane (nyc.streetsblog.org/2025/10/01/w...), the NYC DOT suddenly decided to rip up the street. What's next? The agency won't answer!

Today I learned that there is no way on 311 to report an illegal moped like this one on White Street in the First Precinct (curiously, the same model involved in the killing of Terri Valenti on Flushing Avenue earlier this month).

Whenever I see an asshole driving like 35 miles per hour on a narrow residential side street and punish-passing cyclists, I always run the plate ... and I am constantly amazed how our cops and political elite allow drivers like this to terrorize our neighborhoods: howsmydrivingny.nyc/tajpl3oz

Whenever I see an asshole driving recklessly on the Jay St. busway with a police placard and a thin blue line sticker, I always run the plate and learn I was right to use the word "asshole." (12 speeding tickets and two red-light tickets since 2020.)
