I'm seeing a lot of analysts (shout-out Robert Mays) suggest that offenses are more efficient when they have good under-center play action reps. If this is the case, why do so many teams still deploy shotgun/pistol play action passes?? Are some young quarterbacks "incapable" of going under center?
