Doing my best to keep Meta off of my phone. So far it’s only on my iPad mini and my laptop. I don’t ordinarily have those with me throughout the day. It’s helping. I’m not glued to it or even ABLE to start scrolling and it makes a real difference.

Trying to not give Meta the satisfaction after TikTok being banned. Deleted it from my phone.

I’m trying to stay off of Facebook. Let’s make this app more interesting!!

This does feel refreshing in some new capacity.
