Shell life was poor choice of words. I meant that battery cars have relatively short lifespan and resell value compared to petrol cars. Resellers won't take even relatively new battery car if battery capacity is below certain level. It gets better but atm, it's really just expensive gamble.

I would love to own an EV. I bet many would, but with these prices and shell life it's just not a option. At the same time we're punished hard for using the only option we can afford. Punished for not being rich enough sounds.. mean.

I don't know anything abt Massie so but MTG has shown us her true colors beyond reasonable doubt so anything that comes out from her mouth is nothing but opportunistic and deceitful toxic waste. I don't believe for a second that she miraculously and suddenly started growing backbone without agenda.

Willing to take responsibility of what? One common thing among others between these right wing tools all over west is that they fail at everything they do bc of incompetence and they never take responsibility of anything. In fact only thing they're good at is blaming others of their own mistakes.

But you're right, it's a lot of work. He makes content for living and there might be some other motivations/reasons beyond content since some donations are really expensive.

That's exactly what I am referring also. I'm not saying that I know how he does it or if he has a real gold well there who knows. Maybe he gets info beforehand or takes it on side for him or some other form of deal.🤷🏼♂️ All I'm saying that if it's all 100% real, it's highly unusual and against the odds

Of course I don't speak for him or know any better but he gets huge amount of donations and has done content, I don't know ~10 years now. At some point those big box/oddware stuff just run out. I'm not saying there's anything wrong in telling a good story but irl chances of finding that stuff are🤏🏼

In discussion about Germany's means to produce energy, people always forget industry. It's different to talk about households and industry. Germany is a manufacturing powerhouse. Till something else comes up. It's either gas, coal or nuclear. Or you can close factories and mills and buy from China.

My OCD is super big, strong and knows mental Kungfu. If I even whisper abt shutting my DosBox, it Jedi mind tricks me back to it again. So I cry and play Rick Dangerous again and again and after all these years I've never got beyond 2nd level because the game is unfair and super hard.😭

Every single iteration of Christianity has been polar opposite of it's own doctrine. Scandinavian modern protestant church might be the closest iteration there has ever been to "true" christianity and it's not because of church. It's more like church is forced to reflect their society and values.

Who should play the long game? Trump was elected as president twice. That says more about American people than they want to admit and we have seen that everything can change every 4 years. Is 4 years a long game?US has a long way to go if it wants to build back the trust it had for decades.

But it doesn't change the reality that US is now under direct command of Putin and that is de facto official US foreign policy. No one is able to change that for now and seems like neither in future. Sad thing is that republicans sold world richest treasure chest that US is to lowest bidder.

He has milked taxpayers of US dry so now that he needs to start bring in dollars outside of US, it's hard when you have no product, competition is light year ahead and he saluted big part of potential customers to mars

Shift doesn't happen if prices don't come down by a lot and not only that, but if you someday invest 15-30k to EV just to find out it's worthless after 7 years, one might start to think how many 2004 $1000 Toyotas that has 100k careless miles left in it you can buy with that 30k.
