Nobody is getting backend payments from streaming - that's the entire point of the strike. I can either give my money to Zaslav or keep it for myself - it's not going to creators.

Has any court ever found a noncompete enforceable in a layoff/firing if the employee didn't accept a severance package that included the non-compete? If so, that's news to me.
