The unsgheltered isn't up significantly since Trump's last term. The order is subject to available appropriations and applciable law are there appropiatrions and is this in conflict with laws. (c) seems a weak statement saying the government can't be sued over this. Lawyer's inputs appreciated.

29 children starved to death in Gaza yesterday. And Israel is still bombing throughout the ME because no US politicians care because -"Epstein". There were clearly others with him at the top of both parties. Yet neither party can find time to stop selling arms to end the tragedy of this century.
