Happy May Day! It's International Workers' Day in the rest of the world. As a kid, I remember leaving flowers on the porch for Mom on May 1st. I don't think I would leave an amaryllis (blooming on our patio); I would have left a sprig of Scotch broom. I always thought the yellow flowers looked nice.

At the Y, I set the language on the treadmill to Danish. I managed to keep a steady pace of 24 farts per hour.
