I can only speak for my own experience but it does include a lot of work with the public. I think the impact has not impacted people in real life as much as social media makes it seem like. However I do think it’s made people more worried about talking openly because it’s so hostile online.

In my own experience you have to literally show them the world. My grandma had this idea of what the protests were like until I convinced her to go to one. It didn’t fix everything but it made her question things in a way she was not before.

Feds are starting to face this uncomfortable reality of lefty people who grew up in Rural areas are way more comfortable with guns than they think.
