Can't decide if this book is going to end up being one of my all-time favs or if I'll need therapy after finishing it 🫠

He's like a problem child trapped in an adult's body lmao. Like that one kid from middle school who never actually grew up, just got taller and older, and somehow got a net worth like the annual GDP of Austria 💀

You're a fast reader! How did you like it?

I'm still reading The Goldfinch. 700 pages in, a hundred more pages left 💀

No worries, you're already doing great! If you ever get curious about diving deeper into skincare, the 'Skin Aging Handbook' by Nava Dayan is a good resource. There are also tons of research papers out there - some are open access, and others you can usually access with Sci-Hub. Cheers!

Sunscreen should be the absolute top priority since sun damage is the biggest factor in premature skin aging. After that, lifestyle makes the biggest difference -- avoiding smoking, limiting alcohol, and cutting back on refined carbs and fried foods since those contribute to ROS accumulation.

Skincare nerd here. What you do is not the bare minimum, that's the gold standard. Going the extra mile with more products probably won't do much more for most people, at least not with skincare products.
