Bioinformatics Ph.D. interested in data visualization, web development, history, cats, and LEGO. He/him
I would settle for someone picking him up and putting him in their coat pocket where he can’t get up to more mischief, at this point

Well, have to get yourself an undergrad degree before law schools will let you in, I guess. Probably would have been better to at least spend the money she spent on asking psychics if she’d pass to hire a bar tutor, though

There were snow flurries in Atlanta yesterday, which I wouldn’t believe if I hadn’t seen it myself. Not looking forward to this winter

He has his finger right on the pulse of America, a nation of people who definitely have ever had the thought “this necessary good or service is too cheap and I should have to pay more”

This is what bothers me the most - there are so many signs that people are fed up, but almost none of our politicians are willing to do something that would make them incredibly popular and influential. Even self-interest isn’t enough? Are they supine from fear or because they like the status quo?

No, if he had done *anything* at *any time* before he got called out on it we could talk about change. Instead he looks like he did it because of the fallout. He didn’t care that he was walking around with a Nazi symbol until it hurt him. Does that seem like real change? Why would you defend it?

If he said “I made a mistake and got a Nazi tattoo” that would be one thing. As it is, he lied abt knowing it was a Nazi tattoo and acted offended that anyone might question why he left a Nazi tattoo on his chest for twenty years. Where is your evidence he ever changed his mind? His belated coverup?

I never expected to see someone say “Here to make this easier, read some Dostoyevsky first”

It speaks to their inability to be morally outraged, I think. “She must not be sincere, because why would someone do this without an ulterior motive?” says way more about them than it does Ms Rachel.

‘Tween the floor and the Florsheim is an all-time great lyric. The whole song is amazing, but that line is just absolutely perfect.
