I think he proved why falsely (and repeatedly) shouting fire in a crowded theater is both legal and a bad idea. Saying something inflammatory is legal, but when your words incite lawless action, they're illegal (and sometimes violently tragic, as happened yesterday).

I think a valid question for the gov't at this point would be: "You can count, yes? As in 1 plane, 2 planes, 3 planes. Just checking."

Sometimes asking the obvious question is a good idea. We're just over here assuming these people are capable of counting to 3. Maybe they can't.

Killed at the exact time consumers are questioning whether to buy digital media from the 1 - 2 giant retailers that sell those kind of books.
Mass markets directly compete with eBooks. This decision helps a few retailers and hurts a lot of new potential readers.

Individual ICE agents must obey the law while doing their jobs. See something? Say something. The citizen can crimes agents commit.
These agents seemingly violated the U.S. Citizen's 4th Amendment rights (unlawful detention is illegal). Stolen money is a potential local law violation as well.

Claims - like the ability to hide large, physical objects (planes), and having super powers over very heavy objects flying over bodies of water (planes, again) - are cause for health concerns. A psychologist would investigate such claims as delusions of grandeur.
