Do not feel silly. A good running coach knows that your goals are important and can show you a better way to achieve them. Some people need a bit of outside assistance. You’re doing something for you. That’s great. Good luck with it all.

Thank you. Getting to spend several days outside, walking trails, connecting with nature does a lot to remind me that the world can be a beautiful place.

It was lovely. The best part about doing half marathons is getting to see amazing places.
