3) Seynabou Sonko (left) is a novelist and musician. In '23, she published her debut novel, Djinns.

Balla Fofana has worked in French high schools since 2014, doing workshops on media education. His debut novel is “La Prophétie de Dali” ('23).

Both Seynabou Sonko and Balla Fofana are from Paris.

After yesterday's dinner with a gloriously living legend from Bijlmer, Rita Ouédraogo (in person) and Julianknxx (through his work) provided a perfect landing. We're looking forward to inviting more of this year's international guests to the Southern parts of Amsterdam. Next up: Noord, tomorrow.
