I am having a hard time watching the news. I try to watch some favorite sites for short periods of time which leaves more time for reading some novels and hiking. Much easier to stay positive and recognize where i can help. Finished Aperigon, Playground, and The River We Remember. Great books.

When helping a Spanish speaking 1st grader read today, I asked her how to say 5 and 10 in Spanish to help me learn (I teach, you teach tactic). 2 students beside her pipe in: she was born here, American. We are scaring our kids and that is shameful! I now need new tactic so I don't scare them too.

I watched Trump's entire press conference about the crash. My summary to save you the heartache of listening. 1 The planes crashed because they were at the same height (repeated at least 20 times just in case you are one of those DEI hires). 2. He doesn't have a clue why they were at same height.
