With all the attacks on science, proven solutions to climate change, and agencies like NOAA, it's important to remember that 66% of Americans support a complete transition to clean energy by 2050 (and 72% know climate change is real).

Whichever way the winds blow for multinational corporations, rest assured there will be no polluting fossil fuel expansions around here. We expect BP Cherry Point Refinery to continue on the path of investing in lowering emissions and making cleaner products, following state and local laws.

Thank you to the 70+ community members who turned out for our tour of this #Bellingham waterfront cleanup site that's being restored for future use! The public comment period on the Harris Shipyard legal agreement is open until March 12.

Good news for WA State’s vital older forests.
This means some of our hardest-to-replace forests aren't at immediate risk, & gives us time to build out policies & solutions that maintain all the lifesaving benefits forests offer us all - including sustainable local timber economies. #wa #wastate #pnw
