"Ashy-headed Wagtail at St Mary's Island, Northumberland, early on 11th is the first-ever record for the entirety of northern England"
26 May 1992 Holywell pond for about 5 days and another Northumberland record from 1984. There may be more elsewhere but that's at least the 3rd for Northumberland
