September 2027 if he hasn't played Sevens for Australia.

I'm not sure that he works on the wing either.

If you're playing England then their "short" back three player is Feyi-Waboso or Arundell and they are 4" taller than Murray.

Beetham to come into the back three for Japan?

Has he not managed to persuade TNT sports to have him pitch side?

It's something that doesn't come across often enough in war films is how young most of these guys were.

Todd was 36 when he played Gibson.

In fact if you remade Dambusters with an age appropriate cast the critics would probably moan that they all looked too young.

One of my dogs is terrified of fireworks.

Just got back from our walk now and we've had to go a different route than normal as she's scared to go on the normal route as a firework went off yesterday at half 4 scaring her.

You can buy it online. Do the shops that sell the professional fireworks do checks that the person they are selling to is doing it for a proper display and not some dude planning it for his back garden?

The list of RL converts who have played 12 for England isn't exactly stuffed with success stories at test level.

Pretty sure first stop out of London is Peterborough on the LNER or has been when I've caught the LNER from Peterborough down to King's Cross.

And if the WRU are grabbing a portion of that £1.3m will that be fed back into the rugby side of the business or just go on more gravy for the trough?
October 30, 2025 at 10:16 AM
If you buy the commercial license at £1.7m a year and increase the commercial income above £1.7m to say £3m then will all that £1.3m go to the license holder or will the WRU have their grasping fingers out for some?

That was Southgate who was appointed because Alladyce was a bit of a twat? There was no grand plan to appoint Southgate, he got the job as no one else wanted it.

WRU are happy if they have control. If it's control of a pile of ashes they would be happy
October 25, 2025 at 12:45 PM
The WRU are looking in part to emulate R360 in having all players and staff centrally contracted to them.

So players and coaches can then be drafted around the teams at the whim of a central committee.

Pilots and flight engineers trying to keep the plane flying so the others had a chance to escape.

Kevin Wilson's trilogy on the RAF bomber offensive is good as well.

There's a depressing moment when you read about crews bailing out that you realise the reason the guys relating their experiences all seem to be navigators or radio is that pilots, gunners and flight engineers couldn't get out

Ealing could join the URC but the RFU would have to sign off on it.

Any team looking to play in a competition that's outside their federations territory needs it to be signed off by their federation and the other federation.

World Rugby Reg 12 (I think)

The other way is that Y11 buy Cardiff.
October 24, 2025 at 5:07 PM
And the winners don't get to properly live nor do Dragons or Cardiff. The WRU envisages as part of the extra money that they have total control over the rugby side.

Instead of WRU 1 and WRU 2 it's WRU 1, 2 or 3
