Agree. A dysfunctional side is rarely down to an individual. I've seen Chelsea fail from Hurst to Porterfield, Scolari, AVB, etc etc. It's always a managerial thing and always will be. If they can't fix it then it to be changed

Thought this for a while. Downfall appears too dramatic to be down to injuries/form. Only other explanation would be the players aren't having the manager anymore
