My favorite anime this seasons is definitely Ruri Rocks. The titular Ruri's impetuous and enthusiastic nature - skillfully acted by Miyari Nemoto - is infectious, and the show's use of color and light is gorgeous. Add to that the SD chibi scenes and some actual rock intel, and it's a real gem.

My favorite anime this season is definitely A Ninja and an Assassin Under One Roof - the animation, creativity, and comedy on display is awesome, the voice work is great, and the quickly-dispatched ninja-of-the-week baddies are excellent. It's a bit of a dark comedy at times, too - poor Aoko!

I'm really enjoying 100 Girlfriends S2! I especially love getting to hear my favorite Japanese VA Miyu Tomita let rip as Karane each week. The whole cast - both the sub and dub - are excellent!

This Sunday is the Big Game, and with it, Slime Bowl 2! Sue defends her title repping Kansas City, and Carol reps Philly, for the right to not get slimed! The losing team's representative will get crowned on my YouTube channel after the game.
