Texan here.We have what I call power hiccups,power goes off and on several times,followed by an outage lasting anywhere from a few min up to an hour or more.It happens 2 to 3 times a month for no reason other than it's hot.Now imagine not having the solar backup.It's coming if BBB passes. Ready?
