This happened at my house after reserving the cute new cat bed for 3 weeks during which neither cat laid in it

This is what most people don't understand about being a physician-we really do grieve the patients we lose, particularly the ones we've cared for for years.

Unless they have shown themselves to be open to less traditional foods, I'd stick with the turkey and dressing and then make a bunch of more interesting side dishes.

So sorry, for the patient, the brother, and for you.

My first mentor told me when I graduated from residency just to remember that at 20 years in practice patients start to die if you've been lucky enough to have taken care of them starting in middle age. Sure enough at 20 years I started wondering what was wrong and remembered Dr Racer.

Seriously, I'm from a southern white family and I have an aunt and uncle who I have no biologic relationship to, they were just dear friends of the family. Any family relation of my parents generation and older were either aunts or uncles.

I've called, faxed, emailed embassy personnel (how you can contact them depends on which country). They will say it won't make a difference but I think it does. For your letter include info to make it clear that the visitor will return to their home country ( family, property, employment, etc).

Our rather small suburban just W of Minneapolis (and an easy drive to the big Minneapolis rally,) had 1500 per my hubby's estimate and an even small suburb just north of us has over 1000. Seems like Minnesota alone will have many tens of thousands.

Athena's had amazing Greek food and I loved their indoor-outdoor dining space. My daughter says Greek Isles which is next door is also very good. I had the vegetarian musaka and it was amazing IMHO.

I agree with you. It took me years to unlearn the "lock your heart up" approach to medicine I was taught in med school. The truth is we can't fix everything but we can hold a patient's hand and cry with them when that is all we can do.

And Tom Emmer wants to ruin rural healthcare access for the people he serves.

The warning came after the official start time and those of us gathered to march didn't have much cell access due to the large crowd. It was subdued but committed.
