Yup, this is peak ‘holding all the cards’ right here.

Been wondering the same. It’d really be nice to see Ukrainian versions of those FABs pounding Russian positions in the Donbas or Zaporizhzhia, or even just direct air assaults on Russian assets in occupied areas.

Yup, these are drones launched by Ukraine, headed toward targets in Russia. The blue line they’re crossing there is the state border between the two countries.

Honest to God, this guy… 🤦‍♂️

I mean, there’s the Hungarian mafia & low quality Hungarian grain that needs to be thought of, after all.

I dislike this guy so much. Francis Dearnley of Ukraine: The Latest interviewed him in one episode and to Francis’ credit, he didn’t physically assault the guy. Such a maddening piece of crap.

Agreed. This seems noteworthy & hopefully a sign of bigger things to come in terms of general Russian economic faltering.

In this case, it means “unforeseeable circumstances prevent them from fulfilling their end of the contract” and are unable to continue normal operations as West Qurna-2.

You what would be even better? A 4,400-page plan to result in a Ukrainian defeat of Russia in detail in Ukraine.

Like, c’mon. 🤷‍♂️

Why does everything he touch end up looking like a cathouse?
November 1, 2025 at 11:32 PM
The 2022 Kharkiv counteroffensive tops the list for me.

It came very close to a conclusion in that moment; general collapse of Russian cohesion wasn’t far off. And it wouldn’t have taken a whole lot more from us in the West over what we were already doing to have given enough to make that happen.

So the use of Sec 33 & to sweep aside the Charter is a-OK with him, but use of a democratic process to result in triggering a democratic process is undemocratic? 🤷‍♂️

He is not a serious person.

Oh, excellent idea here, Lee. 👍

Why do I have this feeling that Trump & Co are buying the dip here & that’s the main reason these sanctions even came about in the first place? 🤔
October 24, 2025 at 9:31 PM
I do.

I’m wondering though if the PURL initiative might be better to invest in a project already has going on to produce a weapon system for that role. Flamingo, for example.

Let the US make itself irrelevant & just support Ukraine. Continue the growing arc of domestic weapon system production.

There is a lot more civilian vehicle traffic than I’d expected with a gasoline shortage.
