Somehow this makes me feel less bad about Neil Gaiman being a sex-pest. It’s hard to articulate why in limited characters, but it sets Gaiman’s violations into a historical perspective. Rockstar male authors have been pests before, and nothing is new under the sun.
Asimov is another great example, he wrote about the future & human collaboration through crisis how we need to have vision and discipline to stick together despite odds & every SF convention he ever attended required a full time minder to stand between him & women to protect them against his groping

I can’t tell from this post if this man was going to die of (I presume type 1) diabetes due to comorbidities, or if he died (as still happens frequently) because the prison staff did not give him enough insulin.
