Probably not, but still significant rainfall depending on strength, speed etc. of storm. Very tough storm to predict but rain will be the primary impact.

Wrote a bunch of papers & presented them literally all over world. Got a massive grant from NOAA to his a bunch of smart kids to develop the brand new GPS systems for aerial damage assessments, did damage assessments for Katrina & other big storms. It was an epic ride.
