We can scream together if you want. Literally.

And those folks who have more capacity, esp. those facing fewer attacks on their bodies - please, please support your people whose rights are being stripped right now. Call them and tell them you love them and ask if you can bring them something to eat. Care for loved ones will strengthen everyone.

I put those folks on ignore in my head and go about my business.
