A guy was dangling off the rope at the end of this crane at The Republic in downtown Austin this morning. He then crawled back up and across. He doesn't seem visible in this image, but you can see a drone monitoring his whereabouts. @downtownaustin.org

Excellent example of halo marketing. The apparent target of this ad is frequent air travelers, but the actual audience is any man who wants to dress comfortably and tastefully. The focused promise establishes credibility in the larger value proposition. #prodmgmt #marketing

I don't take the singular usage of "user's or customer's" expression literally. He is inconsistent in his usage of singular and plural. I think he means to generalize.
