Both my novels and almost all my stories, take place in a future where the US empire no longer exists. Sometimes it's dark, sometimes it's idyllic. But you can bet this empire is not going to last forever, and we have to start imagining what a world might look like afterwards.

Reading #OscarWilde plays for the 1st time and blown away by the incredibly sharp wit. Read Dorian Gray ages ago & barely remember it, but I def don't remember it being as funny as Lady Windermere or Woman of No Importance or Ideal Husband.

Finished 1st-pass translation of new novel. 1st draft in spanish, then revised it into english. Now i have to revise the english draft so it doesn't sound so "translat-y". Then I go back to spanish one & revise based on new english version. Fun with language.
